Why and How Students Should Hydrate

Hydration improves all levels of performance

Not just for athletes, hydration is necessary for EVERYONE even if you are primarily indoors. 

Our bodies are over 75% water

Even a 1% loss of water, which can happen in a matter of minutes, can cause serious problems especially for teenagers and the elderly.
