Pieceful Solutions is now officially PS Academy Arizona!

We’re very excited to open our new campus for the 2019-20 school year! We are updating our name to create one clear, concise brand, shifting from using multiple names, and moving to one name, PS Academy Arizona, for our brand new K-12 campus.

Ryan Cothrun, Chief Executive Officer at PS Academy Arizona, said, “Our students have been facing a challenge when it comes to talking about where they went to school as they enter the real world. Some employers weren’t giving our students a chance to prove their ability to enter the workforce, as ‘Pieceful Solutions’ has a connotation with special needs. We don’t want our name to impede students’ ability to be successful after graduation. We needed a new strategy aimed at eliminating judgement and giving students an equal opportunity.”

“In addition, ” adds Cothrun, “our vision is to provide the foundation that inspires and empowers every student to reach their potential, both in and out of the classroom. With our new brand and campus, we’re unifying everything - symbolically and literally. All of our students and staff will be under one roof. The new building is custom built to meet all students’ needs. We worked with an architecture firm specializing in school design, integrating the latest technology into the facility, and giving us more opportunities to offer our students access to more resources including an on-site licensed speech language and occupational therapist on campus, as well as over 30 clubs and electives. With this launch, we are now unifying our programs, curriculum, and mission, behind a clear, clean revitalized brand.”

“With this move, we have more space to accept new students. We outgrew both of our other schools, and now are excited to extend our offerings to more families,” says Cothrun.

We are excited to hear more feedback from parents. Donna M., a parent of a student at the school, says, “Having moved from Tucson to Gilbert for our son to attend PS Academy was the best decision we could have made for him. His experiences at public and private schools in southern Arizona do not compare to what PS Academy has been able to provide for him. He feels safe, comfortable, secure, supported and accepted to learn and grow just as he is. The staff and administration provide a nurturing environment for all students to excel at being their best. Our only regret is that we did not know about the school sooner! Thank you for making a difference for our son!”
