We’re very excited to announce the opening of our new campus for the 2019-20 school year! We are updating our name to create one clear, concise brand, shifting from using multiple names, and moving to one name, PS Academy Arizona, for our brand new K-12 campus.
As we continue working toward our deadline of opening up the new campus in July, we’re making significant strides in school improvements and customizations! We’re excited to announce that tours are now available to existing parents.
Here’s what to do when your child is getting bullied, and how to determine if switching schools is the answer. Unfortunately, many parents are not strangers to their child getting bullied. We are looking for an elementary special education school teacher who is flexible, creative, and outside of the box thinker. Are you able to implement different strategies for different learners? Collaborate with our amazing teachers and other staff members? Communicate effectively? Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of students and the want to have fun while doing it?
If you have a passion for math and a gift for inspiring young minds, we are looking for you. We are currently recruiting for a new math teacher to join our outstanding faculty of teachers. You must develop engaging and innovative lessons that allow our students to grow academically, socially and emotionally.
Our staff tours the new campus for the first time, we review floor plans, and start working on the details.
We are moving to a new, larger campus. This new location will house both Junior/Senior High and Elementary students, bringing our students and staff all under one roof.
Over the last few months, you may have seen some glimpses of our new name and logos… This evolution in our brand was triggered by our students’ voices. This rebrand is for them. To make 2019 the year we eliminate judgement amongst those who don’t truly understand what it is to be exceptional; those who hear the word “autistic” and jump to conclusions based on stereotypes.
It’s that time of year again… #GivingTuesday – the international day to give back and kickstart the holiday season. Many people unite to give back to the causes that mean a lot to them. For us, that means doing everything we can do to help families in need.
